SUBSTANCE: air conditioner contains a supply and exhaust chamber separated by a horizontal partition with a main and an additional window, a supply air cooler in the form of a desalinating evaporative cooling system consisting of two rotary heat exchangers - a recuperator-desiccant and a recuperator-cooler and an adiabatic supply air humidifier located in Inlet chamber. The recuperator-desiccant in the form of a rotary regenerator of the adsorption type is built into the main window of the partition and has oppositely directed inflow and outflow lines, and the recuperator-cooler is in the form of a rotary heat exchanger with an inverter that is built into the additional partition wall and has a line of external air inflow. The inlet chamber contains inlet and outlet nozzles, an air cleaner and a fan unit. The exhaust chamber contains an inlet and an outlet branch pipes, an air cleaner and a fan unit. The air conditioner is equipped with two additional exhaust chambers and a window located in the upper panel of the main exhaust chamber between the air cleaner and the recuperator-desiccant. The first chamber is located above the top panel of the main exhaust chamber and contains an inlet and outlet nozzles, an air cleaner, a rotary heat exchanger with an inverter and a fan unit. The rotary heat exchanger-heat exchanger is integrated into the window of the upper panel of the main exhaust chamber, it is installed between the horizontal partition of the air conditioner and the upper panel of the first additional exhaust chamber and has oppositely directed exhaust air lines heated by the exhaust flue gases and the exhaust of the air removed from the room. The second chamber is located above the horizontal intermediate partition and is divided from the main exhaust chamber by a vertical transverse partition installed between the recuperator-desiccant and the recuperator-cooler, contains an inlet and outlet nozzles, an air cleaner and a fan unit and has an additional line for drawing outside air, an oppositely directed inflow line. The second chamber is provided with an adiabatic humidifier of the exhaust air with a supply water pipe, which is located between the air cleaner and the recuperator-cooler, the inlet branch of the main exhaust chamber and the outlet branch of the second additional exhaust chamber are equipped with controlled normally closed air valves, and the vertical transverse air conditioner partition is equipped with a window with a controlled normally open Air valve, which allow the air conditioner controller to supply exhaust air and removed from the premises having a lower temperature than the outside air temperature, the second additional exhaust chamber and normally open air valve in a vertical transverse partition window into the main exhaust chamber.
