FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: air conditioner contains a supply chamber and an exhaust chamber of the air removed from the room, separated by a horizontal partition with a main and an additional window, a supply air cooler which is made in the form of a drying and evaporative cooling system consisting of two rotary recuperators - a recuperator-desiccant and a recuperator -cooler, and two adiabatic humidifiers of supply and exhaust air with supply water of demineralized water, one of which is located in the supply chamber at the outlet of the recuperator-cooler, and the other in the exhaust chamber at the inlet to the recuperator-cooler. The recuperator-desiccant is made in the form of an adsorption type rotary regenerator that is built into the main partition wall, and the recuperator-cooler - in the form of a rotary heat exchanger, which is built into the additional partition wall, is made with an inverter and controller, and together with the recuperator-dryer have oppositely directed lines Inflow and exhaust. The inlet chamber contains inlet and outlet nozzles, an air cleaner installed at the entrance to the chamber, and a fan unit. The exhaust chamber contains the upper panel, the inlet and outlet nozzles, the air cleaner installed at the entrance to the chamber, and the fan unit installed at the exit from the chamber. The air conditioner is equipped with an additional exhaust chamber and a window located in the upper panel of the main exhaust chamber between the recuperator-desiccant and the recuperator-cooler. An additional exhaust chamber is located above the top panel of the main exhaust chamber and contains a top panel, inlet and outlet nozzles, an air cleaner located at the entrance to the chamber, a rotary heat exchanger with an inverter and a fan unit located at the outlet of the chamber. The rotary recuperator-heat exchanger is integrated into the window of the upper panel of the main exhaust chamber, sealed between the horizontal partition of the air conditioner and the top panel of the additional exhaust chamber and has oppositely directed lines for drawing hot air produced using exhaust flue gases and extracting air from the room. The rotary recuperator-heat exchanger provides heating of the exhaust air removed from the production room to the temperature difference formed during the operation of the air conditioner between the temperature of the exhaust air at the inlet to the recuperator-dryer and the temperature of the exhaust air at the outlet from the recuperator-cooler.
EFFECT: providing zero energy consumption for cooling and heating the supplied air.
