SUBSTANCE: invention relates to remote support of user actions on a terminal. Method for remote support of actions of users of a first terminal, from a second terminal remote from the first terminal, to perform a function on the first terminal applied to the first terminal, includes receiving a remote support file sent by the second terminal, wherein the remote support file contains a script file generated by the second terminal based on a script instructions, deciding whether the script file is compatible with the first terminal, and, if the script file is compatible with the first terminal, executing the script file to perform a function corresponding to the script file on the first terminal.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of remote support of user actions on a terminal.
