Method comprises stages, at which evaluating whether the terminal reproduces predetermined audio information via wireless telephone during the prompted event reception, and sending the silent prompt command to the wireless phone, if the terminal reproduces the predetermined audio information via connected to the terminal wireless telephone, silent prompt command for the wireless phone control to perform the silent prompt operation before the silent prompt command sending to the wireless phone according to the prompted event; then evaluating whether the wireless phone current user is a predetermined user, performing the silent prompt command sending to the wireless phone if the current user is a predetermined user, and do not perform the silent prompt command sending to the wireless phone if the current user is not a predetermined user.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in the silent information system efficiency and safety.
