SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of individual vehicles, in particular to the steering pillars. Steering pillar contains wheel unit with electric motor mounted on the height-adjustable carrier beam, at the other end of which there is a steering wheel with two handles and controls. Steering pillar includes fixing module and two fixed hinge assemblies for the steering pillar folding and for the fastening means aligning. Fastening module is mounted on the carrier beam with possibility of rotation about its axis and comprises fastening means for the pillar releasable attachment to the vehicle. Individual electric driven vehicle comprises steering pillar attached to the wheeled individual vehicle by means of the fastening module. Electric scooter contains steering pillar attached to the skateboard by the support pad screwing in to the standard holes for the suspension module attachment on the skateboard deck.

EFFECT: enabling traditional individual vehicles conversion into the electric ones.
