FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to personal wearable means of movement. The vehicle contains an active safety system that warns of obstacles encountered along the way. The means of movement contains a power plant, a means of measurement and a brake subsystem, which are electrically connected with the intellectual and control part. The intellectual and management part controls the work of the active part, which dynamically produces photo/video recording of the traffic situation. Before entering the intellectual and management unit, data on the traffic situation is sent to the preparatory unit. The preparatory part consists of a filter module that normalizes digital images and a stabilization and positioning module that receives the signals processed by it.
EFFECT: increased stability of movement due to increased accuracy of processing data on road conditions.
