SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pseudo-random sequence synchronization device (PRS) based on majority decoding for broadband communication systems related to a discrete information transmission area and used to synchronize pseudo-random sequences in CDMA and MC-CDMA communication systems in the low quality channels. For this purpose, the device comprises a decoder unit, a PRS phase recorder, a field element generatorα, a unit of key "AND" circuits, adders, a switch, a unit of counters with threshold elements, a control unit, a PRS sensor, a fitting circuit, a correlator and a threshold unit.

EFFECT: increasing the probability of synchronization of the pseudo-random sequence, when using the device in the broadband CDMA and MC-CDMA communication systems in the low quality channels and reducing the hardware complexity of the device, when synchronizing aperiodic pseudo-random sequences.
