FIELD: lighting engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lighting engineering. Light-emitting device comprises two light-emitting elements (32, 32a) arranged along the longitudinal direction of the light-emitting device, wherein each light emitting element has a light-emitting surface intended to emit light in the direction of general illumination. At least one light guide (34) partially covers the light-emitting surface of the first of said light-emitting elements (32) and comprises entrance surface (35) intended to receive incident light from first light-emitting element (32), and exit surface (36) adapted to emit at least a portion of the incident light received by the entrance surface. Light guide (34) is installed such that exit surface (36) is located between first light-emitting element (32) and second light-emitting element (32a) and is oriented to emit light in the direction of general illumination.
EFFECT: improved uniformity of lighting by using the light guide which distributes light emitted by the first light-emitting element to more than one location, as if it was emitted of several weaker light-emitting elements.
