FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Damper contains a coaxial housing with an eye attached to the self-propelled artillery mount traveling roller axis. Two steel cylinders with chrome plated surfaces are filled with air under pressure of 6.5 MPa. In the housing lower part inlet and outlet valves are installed for hydraulic fluid supply to create the compressed air hydraulic lock. Adjusting bushing is made with slots and the built-in inching motor with a disk. Friction-supporting device is located in the upper part and consists of the brass support-clamping bushing, polyurethane dustproof collar, set of opposite turned polyurethane rings in the form of a truncated cone. Plastic graphite grease is embedded into the free cavities. On one side the resilient damping device is fixed to the chrome plated rod and consists of a set of variable shaped disc springs. Brass piston with a polyurethane jacket contains a labyrinth seal.
EFFECT: enabling decrease in the low-frequency and high-frequency spectrum of the oscillations, improvement in the shock load absorption smoothness, and compactness of the elastic elements mounting.
