FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building. Vibration isolation system contains a frame that connects left and right elastic-damping elements. Frame consists of horizontal and vertical plates connected to each other to install vibroisolating object, which is installed by means of a post on additional elastic-damping element. Right elastic-damping element is made in form of combined spring with torsion damper. Left elastic-damping element is made in form of friction damper, body of which consists of bottom sleeve and top cover, between which axially symmetrical to the body an elastic element is located, inside which the dry friction damper is arranged. Damper is made in form of top sleeve with a mechanism for regulation force of friction between bottom and top frictional sleeves. Frictional force adjustment mechanism consists of threaded bushing connected to the top sleeve inner threaded surface. Inside the threaded bushing, a rigid tapered pin is coaxially secured, contacting with the conical bushing, by three tabs connected to the damper top sleeve. From the inside, bushing and tabs are covered with the copper based sintered friction material layer.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode is being achieved.
