FIELD: compaction equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to designs of artillery pieces recoil devices. Sealing device is a structure providing sealing of working fluid in hydraulic devices. Self-lubricating sealing device comprises sealing package consisting of two units of sealing polyurethane rings, pressure and thrust rings, adjusting nut with felt dust-proof ring. Each unit of sealing polyurethane rings includes an inner ring with a double-sided side cone, resting on one side on two outer rings with an inner cone, squeezing it from above and from below, and on the other side it is pressed by rings of disk springs resting on rings, conjugated with ring-shaped fillers with solid lubricating material, made of thin spring steel with a partition. Use of polyurethane solid rings of wedge-shaped type evenly pressed by springs as a sealing unit, will make it possible to increase reliability of sealing device operation due to maintenance of required contact pressure under various operating conditions.
EFFECT: lubrication of sliding surfaces of the rod with solid lubricant will significantly increase the resource of hydraulic devices, thereby eliminating leaks of working fluid during operation; besides, use of heat-resistant polyurethane sealing elements increases thermomechanical and operational properties of the seal.
