SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used to rotate parts through a sealed shell, for example, flap of a light or molecular beam in thin film deposition devices, for changing substrates during deposition by rotating a cassette, etc., can also be used to transfer rotational motion to a volume with a specified composition of the gaseous atmosphere with harmful or radioactive substances. Device comprises a sealed non-magnetic body, a driving magnetic component movably mounted and disposed on the outside of the sealed casing, and a driven magnetic component connected to the actuator, installed inside the sealed casing. Driven magnetic component has a shape of a cylinder with a spiral made of magnetic material and is located with a minimum gap with the inner surface of the casing tube so that the axis of the driven magnetic component is parallel to the axis of the casing. Driving magnetic component is made in the form of at least one permanent magnet, located close to the outer surface of the sealed casing so that the axis of motion of the driving magnetic component is parallel to the axis of the sealed casing. Driving magnetic component can consist of at least three electromagnets, connected through a commutator with a voltage source and located closely to the outer surface of the sealed casing so that when both poles of one electromagnet are located opposite two turns of the magnetic coil, the poles of any other electromagnet are offset relative to the turns of the magnetic coil.
EFFECT: technical result consists in expanding the functionality and increasing reliability.
