SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the liquid transfer system between a vessel and a floating structure: system, comprising a mast (1) containing the proximal end intended to be installed on the vessel (3) deck (2) with possibility of turning, and the distal end (7); (4) liquid transfer line passing along the mast (1); flexible tube (8) comprising the first end (9), which is connected to the liquid transfer line (4), and a second end (10), which is intended to be connected to the floating structure reservoir (11), flexible pipe (8) equipped with a connecting device having an emergency cut-off mechanism comprising two elements, which are capable of automatic separating in the separation direction d with the separating force application, which exceeds the threshold value; and a guide member (29) supported by the mast (1) and comprising a convex surface (30) for the flexible pipe (8) guiding, which is capable of the flexible tube (8) tensile force absorbing in such a way that this force was applied to the connecting device, having the emergency cut-off mechanism, in the separation direction d.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase of the liquid transfer system operation reliability and safety.
