FIELD: transportation systems. SUBSTANCE: system includes buoy and receiving chamber located in submersible portion of fore section of ship which is open downward; it is used for receiving and connecting the buoy. Buoy is provided with central member and outer turnable member. Central member is secured to anchor on sea bottom; it is used for passage of fluid medium from transfer pipe line connected with it to shipboard piping system through connecting device. Receiving chamber is provided with flange engageable with bearing surface of outer member of buoy for sealing-up the servicing trunk connecting the receiving chamber with ship's deck.
