Coil unit (U1, U2, U3) for non-contact electric power transmission includes non-circular flat coil (11); core element (21, 29, 29d) made of magnetic material; and heat conductor (31, 31A, 31C) which has higher thermal conductivity than core element (21, 29, 29d). Coil (11) has angular section (C) and non-corner section (NC) in view from axial direction of coil, and core element (21, 29, 29d) and heat conductor (31, 31A, 31C) are arranged facing non-corner section (NC) and corner section (C), respectively, in axial direction of coil.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improving heat dissipation and electromagnetic characteristics.
