SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering. Usage of these filters ensures the control of current values and a negative sequence voltage. Negative sequence current begins to increase with a decrease in phase-to-phase insulation resistance, when it increases above the permissible values, a warning signal is generated to reduce the insulation level and the time before the onset of the phase-to-phase fault is predicted.
EFFECT: technical result is broader functional capabilities of an automated system for diagnosing and monitoring the insulation of power cable lines and is achieved, by the fact that current transformers and current and voltage filters of the reverse sequence are introduced to the system.
