FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of mechanical engineering and can be used for blocking (fixing) and unblocking (releasing) the shafts of electric drives under the conditions of exposure to the external mechanical factors. Blocking device of the electric drive contains the stator with two poles and the winding, the rotor, the lock of the shaft of the electric drive, the U-shaped body, the winding is located on the stator between its poles, the rotor is made in the form of the polarized armature, the lock is made in the form of two pads, which are located on the diametrically opposite sides of the electric drive shaft with the possibility of turning them on the axles, which are installed in the body in parallel to the longitudinal axis of the electric drive shaft, the pads are provided with protrusions designed with the possibility to sink them into the grooves of the pinion which is mounted on the end of the electric drive shaft coaxially with its longitudinal axis, the armature is connected to the shoe by means of the link, which is provided with two arcuate grooves with the possibility of interacting with rollers, which are placed on the axes rigidly fixed at the ends of the pads opposite to their axis of rotation, in parallel to the longitudinal axis of the electric drive shaft.
EFFECT: increased reliability of fixation of the shaft of the electric drive is achieved at the impact of vibrating, linear and shock accelerations.
