SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, in particular to the dry substitute for whole milk for calves. Whole milk substitute is characterized by the fact that it contains dairy whey – 30.0–35.0 %, casein – 20.0–25.0 %, milk fat concentrate "Serolat-50" – 25 %, soy flour "Soyanta–200" – 12.2–22.2 %, fodder lysine – 0.3 %, premix PKR–1 – 2.5 %, while the whey, which is dry in its composition, contains at least 12 % of the mass fraction of protein, and casein promotes the formation of the dense clot in the abomasum.

EFFECT: use of the invention will allow to increase the weight gain of calves.
