SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the treatment of water or oil by infra-low frequency acoustic vibrations and can be used in physiotherapy, industry and agriculture. Device for treating water or oil contains master oscillator 1 of electrical oscillations, made on a microcontroller with the ability to generate infra-low-frequency oscillations in the range from 7 to 130 Hz. Output of generator 1 is connected to power amplifier 2, made according to the scheme of an amplifier of class D. Output of power amplifier 2 is connected to radiator 3, which is a resonator, inside which acoustic radiator 8 is fixed. Resonator is made in the form of a cylindrical hollow barrel without a bottom with a bevelled top covered with a flat sheet.

EFFECT: invention allows the processing of large volumes of water or oil and significantly expand the scope of the device.
