SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of radio equipment using microchips. Device for forming and cutting off microcircuits terminals contains a base on which a part of the drive is installed, which ensures a movement along the guide in the vertical direction of the punch, bearing an element for bending the leads of a microcircuit terminal and an element for cutting off the ends of the microcircuit terminal, as well as a matrix installed on the base, carrying the socket for the microcircuit installation with the placement of its terminals across the direction of movement of the punch, having an element that repeats the bend contour of the microcircuit terminals, as well as springs for controlling the forces realized on the punch for bending and cutting off the microcircuit terminals. Device is provided with a second guide, between which a matrix for microcircuit installing is placed on the base. Punch is made of three separate parts, installed one under another on the guides with the possibility of moving along the last in the vertical direction, and between each adjacent of which on both sides of the matrix are placed with support on the walls of the spring parts.

EFFECT: higher quality of terminals forming and the ability to form terminals with any arrangement, thickness and height of them.
