SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical industry and is a pharmaceutical aerosol formulation of a protease inhibitor with an ozone-preserving propellant, consisting of a homogeneous mixture of an aqueous solution of an active substance from a group of protein and polypeptide protease inhibitors, containing 0.05–250 mg of the protease inhibitor per ml of the solution, and ingredients of the three-component push out system, namely to: glycerol, ethanol and water-insoluble ozone-saving propellant, with a ratio of an aqueous solution and a three-component system of 0.05–5 and 95.0–99.95 volume %, which was obtained by stepwise successive mixing of each of the listed components with a solution of the active substance, and allowing the aerosol generation of the active protease inhibitor to be generated by the propellant's buoyant force when the resulting composition is sprayed from the aerosol device to the valve.
EFFECT: invention allows to create a pharmaceutical aerosol formulation with active substances of protein and polypeptide nature from the group of protease inhibitors that allows preserving the beneficial properties of the propellant system and the biological functions and activity of protein and polypeptide substances.
