In said chambers (9), granulate (2) upon rotation of the rotor (6) can move from at least one inlet opening (4) to at least one outlet (5). Rotational axis (8) of rotor (6) is arranged vertically, and rotor (6) is preferably located inside the generally cylindrical safety sleeve (10).
EFFECT: technical result is longer service life of the device.
