FIELD: film processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a thin film processing device for processing viscous material. The thin-film processing device contains a technological housing, inclined to the horizontal by a maximum of 20°, with a heated and/or cooled housing shell, which covers the internal space of the housing forming the material processing space, located in the inlet zone of the technological housing; an inlet pipe for introducing the material to be processed into the material processing space, located in the outlet zone of the technological body; an outlet pipe for unloading the processed material from the material processing space, and located in the material processing space and coaxially extending, driven by rotation, a rotor shaft for producing a film of material on the inner surface of the housing shell and for transporting the material towards the discharge zone. The rotor shaft contains a lifting element located directly on the rotor shaft body, designed to generate a lifting force in the direction towards the rotor shaft body during rotation of the rotor shaft.
