FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is intended for diagnosis of a tumor. Pre-anesthetized animals in the infraorbital sinus are administered with a radiopharmaceutical (RPP) based on technetium-99m labeled doxorubicin at a dose of 20 MBq intravenously. After 30–40 minutes perform a scintigraphic study in the planar mode. Record a scintigram for 5 minutes. With increasing accumulation of RPP in tissues, more than 2 times greater than its accumulation in symmetrically located areas, a tumor is diagnosed.
EFFECT: invention provides increase in accuracy and informativity of diagnostics.
