FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oncology, and is a method for the radionuclide diagnosis of breast cancer, including intravenous administration of a radiopharmaceutical preparation (RP) and subsequent radionuclide scanning, characterized in that a radiopharmaceutical preparation based on labelled 99mTc of glucose in the form of a solution for intravenous injection is injected in the composition: 1-thio-D-glucose sodium salt hydrate 0.625 mg, tin 2-water dichloride 0.044–0.052 mg, ascorbic acid 0.125 mg, sodium chloride 8.0–10.0 mg, water for injection up to 1 ml, in a dose of 500 MBq and after 40 min after drug administration, single-photon emission computed tomography is performed on a two-detector gamma camera, the obtained images are subjected to postprocessing processing using a specialized programs pack and during the visualization of asymmetric areas of hyperfixation of radiopharmaceuticals in the breast tissue, more than 2 times the accumulation in the symmetric area, a malignant tumor is diagnosed.
EFFECT: invention provides improved accuracy and informativeness for diagnosing breast cancer.
