SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine and is intended for the diagnosis of myelodysplastic syndrome. In the mononuclear cell fractions of patients, the expression of VEGF-A, VEGFR1 and VEGFR2 was determined. If the level of VEGF-A expression exceeds 4 times or more, the expression of the VEGFR1 gene is 1.5 times or more and the expression of the VEGFR2 gene is 25 times or more compared to the norm, the presence of myelodysplastic syndrome is judged.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the accuracy of diagnosis of the myelodysplastic syndrome.
