SUBSTANCE: according to the invention, the battery charging system of an unmanned aerial vehicle includes onboard electrodes, a navigation device and a charging station that is located on a horizontal platform and includes navigation beacon 7 and a matrix with electrodes, which are arranged in the form of parallel array 1 (plus) and metal plate 2 (minus), and power source 3, while battery recharging power source 3 of an unmanned aerial vehicle is designed as a block of electrolytic capacitors or ionistors whose output terminals are connected to the electrodes of the matrix, while the "plus" is connected to array 1, and the "minus" – to metal plate 2 or vice versa. In addition, battery charging control device 5 is provided in the electric power circuit, while the contacts of electrodes 8 on the body of aircraft 6 are L-shaped, and on supports 10 of the aircraft – in the form of rotatable spring-loaded terminals 9, and metal plate (the "minus" terminal) 2 is made convex.

EFFECT: increase in the reliability of the contact of the unmanned aerial vehicle with the charger, reduction of the charging time of the vehicle's on-board battery and increase in the stability of the aircraft during charging.
