FIELD: electricity; aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for control and automation. Method for charging accumulator batteries of unmanned aerial vehicles involves landing aircraft onboard navigation device on charging unit, at landing on it there is an electric contact between electrodes of aircraft and electrodes of charging unit, resulting in charging accumulator batteries of unmanned aircraft, wherein method is carried out using a charging unit, which includes charge controller supplying power to two electrodes, one of which is made in form of metal screen and other in form of metal sheet; aircraft charging device also has two electrodes, one of which is located on supports and freely passes through cell of electrode of charging unit, and other is located on aircraft body so that when landing on a charging unit there is electric contact of electrodes charging unit and electrodes of aircraft.
EFFECT: increased reliability of contact, high probability of correct connection when charging accumulator batteries of unmanned aerial vehicles.
