SUBSTANCE: distillation apparatus includes separator (22), refrigerator (24), heater (26) and heat collection circuit (30). Heat collection circuit (30) includes circulation channel (32) configured to connect the refrigerator and the heater, compressor (34), expansion mechanism (34), tank section (40) capable of storing the fluid in a liquid state, and circulating volume control section (50) that controls the circulating amount of the working fluid. Regulating circulating amount (50) controls the amount of working medium flowing into circulation channel (32), which is contained in tank section (40), or the amount of working medium flowing into tank section (40), which circulates in circulation channel (32), such that the circulating amount increases or decreases depending on the increase or decrease in the flow rate of the first discharged fluid.
EFFECT: technical result: efficient collection of thermal energy of the first produced fluid.
