SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery. Essence of the method of imposing the intestinal seam is to use an atraumatic thread to apply the 8-shaped intestinal suture, to increase the length of the capture in the seam of the intestinal wall with the capture of about 5 mm of the submucosal layer in the stitch. Atraumatic thread is used to superimpose two symmetrical seam areas with a single needle. Stitch the serosymuscularly submucosal layer in an oblique direction at an angle of 45° to the cut line and increase the length of the capture in the anastomosis of the intestinal wall for the purpose of additional hemostasis.

EFFECT: method increases the mechanical strength of the intestinal suture and reduces the likelihood of ligature eruption.
