Disadvantage of the known technical solution is the inability to provide necessary and sufficient complex training for athletes of mixed martial arts, in which simultaneous striking and throwing elements of combat are needed, it is important that the work of the arms and legs of the athlete in this case is coordinated, as well as lack of quality control of the actions performed by the athlete (throws, strikes, speed of rapprochement with an imaginary rival). Proposed device allows for the comprehensive training of the athlete, his technical and tactical training, to increase speed-strength endurance, the force of blows, to determine the force of the strikes being struck, as well as determine the time to reduce the distance from the starting line to the shock bag, train a group of muscles involved in shock-wrestling combinations, improve the training process in general.

EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of quality control and the number of movements performed by an athlete, simultaneous and coordinated training of hands and feet, the quality of striking, the training of the speed of approach, the intensification of the speed-strength endurance of the athlete.
