SUBSTANCE: invention relates to training aids necessary for preparing for competitions and developing athletes' cognitive, speed-strength abilities, and improving technical and tactical readiness. A device for improving preparedness and stimulating the psychophysiological functions of qualified boxers includes a mannequin placed on a metal frame with a movable mount, whereas the dummy is fixed to the frame through a movable mount, which is a ball joint, with the ability to change its position in space, deviating to the right and to the left due to the action of a hydraulic mechanism driven by a hydraulic pump controlled by electrical wires by an information input-output unit, moreover, impact force fixation sensors and light signalling devices are built into the mannequin, which are connected to each other and to the information input-output unit by means of electrical wires, information processing unit and a monitor.

EFFECT: providing a boxer with the opportunity to develop special cognitive abilities associated with technical and tactical actions and physical qualities, determine the strength of strikes, take into account their number, and improve the training process as a whole.
