It is important that the work of the arms and legs of an athlete in this case is coordinated. It also represents a lack of quality control of the actions performed by the athlete (throws, punches). The proposed device makes it possible to provide complex training of the athlete, his technique training, to increase speed-strength endurance, exactness and power of punches, to determine the power of punches to be applied, as well as the force of throws, to train a group of muscles participating in throwing techniques, to improve the training process as a whole.
