FIELD: ventilation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ventilation and air conditioning with regenerative heat exchangers and can be used to create a microclimate in residential, public, administrative and industrial premises. Installation contains pressure and exhaust air ducts, a housing with channels for supply and exhaust air with branch pipes having valve assemblies, an electric fan and a chamber with a regenerative heat exchanger. These channels are interconnected by an intermediate air duct forming said chamber with a regenerative heat exchanger made in the form of a felt filter. In each of said inner and outer nozzles, said electric fan is provided with a valve device adjacent thereto in the form of a check valve with the possibility of alternating flow through the regenerative heat exchanger of the intermediate air duct of the atmospheric outside air and the air removed from the apartment in the modes of the three phases selected by the relay: phase 1 – "inflow", at which valve devices of the external inlet branch pipe and the internal branch pipe of the pressure duct are open, and the valve devices of the outer outlet pipe and the inner branch pipe of the exhaust duct are closed, and the electric fans adjacent to the open valve devices are switched on to the run of atmospheric outside air through the regenerative heat exchanger into the living quarters of the apartment; phase 2 is the "outlet" at which the valve devices of the outer outlet and the inner branch pipe of the exhaust duct are open, and the valve devices of the external inlet pipe and the internal branch pipe of the pressure duct are closed, and the electric fans adjacent to the open valve devices are included in the run of indoor room air of room temperature through the regenerative heat exchanger into the atmosphere, and phase 3 – "recirculation", at which the valve devices of the internal branch pipe of the pressure duct and the inner branch pipe of the exhaust duct are open, and the valve devices of the outer outlet and the external inlet are closed, and the electric fans adjacent to the open valve devices are included in the internal air run through the regenerative heat exchanger into the living quarters of the apartment.

EFFECT: reduction of energy consumption, improvement of the microclimate by reducing the dehumidification of apartment air and simplifying the manufacturing technology.
