SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering, namely to devices intended for secondary use of heat and cold. A heat regenerator on heat pipes is equipped with a thermoelectric heat pump, which is heat pipes and a thermoelectric assembly including a thermoelectric module with cold and hot junctions. In this case, a capacitor of a transport heat pipe is adjacent to cold junctions, having an evaporation zone, a ribbed evaporator of which is installed in an evaporative section in front of heat pipes opposite to an extraction electric fan, an evaporator of the transport heat pipe is adjacent to hot junctions, having a condensation zone, a ribbed capacitor of which is installed in a condensation section in front of heat pipes opposite to a supply electric fan. Moreover, the condensation section, with one side, is attached by a supply air duct to a supply system of room ventilation, and, with the opposite side, is attached by the supply electric fan to an outer air intake, the evaporation section, with one side, is attached to an extraction air duct, and, with the opposite side, is attached via the extraction electric fan to a removed air shaft. At the same time, a control unit is connected to the thermoelectric module, extraction and supply electric fans.

EFFECT: increase in a coefficient of utilized heat conversion.
