FIELD: ventilation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ventilation and air conditioning with regenerative heat exchangers and can be used to create a microclimate in residential, public, administrative and industrial premises. Technical result is achieved due to the supply and exhaust unit for ventilation of the room, comprising: a chamber with a regenerative heat exchanger, made in the form of a porous fiber filter; external inlet nozzle, adapted to intake atmospheric external air through a regenerative heat exchanger into the internal nozzle of a pressure air duct and containing a valve device in its cavity; internal branch pipe of the pressure air duct, made with the possibility of intake of external atmospheric air into the room and containing a valve device in its cavity; internal exhaust duct nozzle, made with the possibility of exhausting air from a room through a regenerative heat exchanger into an external exhaust nozzle and containing a valve device in its cavity; external exhaust pipe, made with the possibility of emission of air from one room to the outside into the atmosphere and containing in its cavity valve device; electric fan that provides air flow for ventilation of a single room and adjacent to the regenerative heat utilizer and/or adjacent to one of the mentioned valve devices; wherein the external outlet pipe is connected to the internal pipe of the pressure air duct, the external inlet pipe is connected to the internal pipe of the exhaust air duct, and the said chamber with a regenerative heat exchanger forms an intermediate air duct that connects the internal branch pipe of the pressure air duct and the external outlet branch pipe with the internal branch pipe of the exhaust air duct and the external inlet branch pipe; outer outlet and the outer inlet are adapted to be connected via external ducts to the ambient air atmosphere, the internal pipe of the pressure air duct and the internal pipe of the exhaust air duct are made with the possibility of connection by internal air ducts with the room, where the said internal air ducts are located in the room and contain inlet and outlet openings, or the said internal air ducts are connected to the room by means of the said inlet and outlet openings providing ventilation of the room; design parameters that establish the balance of performance mentioned inlet and outlet openings are limited by the balance of air in the room, wherein the supply air volume is equal to or exceeds the volume of air removed from the room through the regenerative heat exchanger; supply and exhaust unit further comprises a relay and/or a controller providing or ensuring the operation of the supply and exhaust unit.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the efficiency of the room ventilation.
