SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of two-wheeled vehicles, in particular to the scooters. Scooter contains the pivotally connected to the steering column support plate, rear yoke, front yoke, front and rear wheels and steering wheel. Rear yoke is made integral with the support plate and is equipped with spring steel or composite materials strips cantilevered thereon, the front one is together with the steering column. Strip is fixed under the rear yoke. At each strip free end brackets are fixed, in which axis is inserted. Front yoke is provided with support brackets, on which smoothly curved downwards stripes of spring steel or of composite materials are cantilevered from the lower side, at which free end brackets are fixed, into which the axis is inserted. According to the first embodiment, the rear yoke is smoothly bent downwards. According to the second embodiment, the rear yoke is smoothly bent upwards. Strip is made flat.
