FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: use to determine the degree of curing of polymer coatings. Summary of the invention consists in that the method for controlling the degree of curing of the polymer dielectric coating of winding wires is to apply an electrical field on the dielectric coating and and to measure the electrical parameters of the coating, during enameling the core of the wire is grounded and the monitored wire with enamel insulation applied to it is continuously pulled through a capacitive sensor, the electrode of which is made in the form of a reservoir filled with an electrically conductive liquid metal, which is installed in front of the receiving coil of the motor unit, two alternating frequencies f1 and f2 electromagnetic field, lying in the range from 0.5 to 100 kHz, and two indicated frequencies produce alternate measurements of the capacitance of the wire C1(f1) and C2(f2) relative to the capacitive sensor and the degree of curing is judged by the ratio K=C1(f1)/C2(f2), the insulation is considered to be cured when the value of K reaches values ranging from 0.95≤K≤1.
EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of rapid control of the rejection of enamel insulation directly in the process of enameling the wire.
