FIELD: defectoscopy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non-destructive quality control of articles. Summary of the invention consists in that the method for controlling the degree of curing of the polymer dielectric coating of winding wires is to apply an electrical field on the dielectric coating and to measure the electrical parameters of the coating, during enameling the core of the wire is grounded and the monitored wire with enamel insulation applied to it is continuously pulled through a capacitive sensor, alternately two frequencies f1 and f2 of the electromagnetic field lying in the range from 0.5 to 10 kHz are fed on it, and alternate measurements of the capacitance of the C1(f1) and C2(f2) relative to the capacitive sensor are carried out at these two frequencies, and the degree of curing is determined with respect to K=C1(f1)/C2(f2), while the insulation is considered cured when the value of K reaches values ranging from 0.95≤K≤1.
EFFECT: simplification of control and creation of the possibility of express control of the degree of curing of the wire insulation directly during the process of their enameling.
