FIELD: electrical measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical measuring technology and can be used in the cable industry for monitoring and repairing the enamel insulation of wires. The stage for controlling the speed of the movement of the wire, the technological parameters of the enameling process on a defective section and the time for the presence of the defective section with enamel applied thereon in the drying area and in the pump area are carried out using a fuzzy adjustment system, for this purpose, several fuzzy microcontrollers connected to each other via a multiplexer, each of which comprises a block of knowledge and rules, a fuzzification unit, a logic unit and a defuzzification unit, are introduced into the circuit of the insulation repair system, the speed of the wire, the number of defects and their length, as well as the distance from the defect sensor to the rear edge of the defect, and information on the parameters of the wire movement, the defects detected by the control and their lengths are transmitted to each of the microcontrollers, where it is fuzzificated, processed in a logical device on the basis of the knowledge base and the rules laid down in each microcontroller, after which the obtained data are defuzzificated, convert them into control effects, which are received at the input of the wire rewind drives, at the enamel dispenser, at the drying unit and at the curin unit, which practice the received commands and periodically change the speed of the wire depending on the location of the defective section.
EFFECT: aim of the invention is to increase accuracy of monitoring and the length of defective sections in the insulation of the wire and to enable repairing defective sections of the enamel insulation of the wires by carrying the enamel on the spot of the detected defect during a continuously moving wire.
