FIELD: test and measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to test and measurement equipment, namely to electrooptical devices for non-contact measurement and deformation of surfaces of a large area or extent, can be used to control non-planarity, non-parallelism of large-sized structures in engineering, construction. Device for monitoring deformations of the surface of large structures and facilities contains a base unit, made in the form of radiators, optically conjugated to the base unit through an optical system and installed along the perimeter of the object, and the number of targets is not less than the number of points that uniquely determine the shape of the object, the receiver of optical radiation, the associated power supply and control unit for the optical radiation receiver, a unit for interfacing the units associated with the power supply and control unit of the optical receiver and the computing device. In this case, the device comprises at least one additional base unit, located on the monitored surface symmetrically relative to the first base unit, and the target targets are made in the form of a set of reference marks and reference marks that are optically coupled to an additional base unit through an optical system and located in the center of the visual field of the optical system of each of the base units.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increased accuracy of measuring deformations of large-area flat structures.
