FIELD: instrument engineering, measuring equipment, in particular, systems determining the angular co-ordinates of the observed objective relative to the observer.
SUBSTANCE: the helmet-carried target designation, sighting and indication system has a device for display of video information, collimator, assembly for output of the video information image to the pilot's field of view, housing with reference mark radiators positioned on the helmet, the helmet is provided with a panel-filter installed for displacement. The system also has optical-location units optically conjugate to the reference mark radiators, and an electronic unit with a computing device. The system is provided with an additional housing placed in which are the device for display of video information made in the form of a microdisplay, and a collimator, the assembly for output of the video information image is rigidly coupled to the additional housing, the additional housing is installed for turning and fixing relative to the housing with reference mark radiators and conjugation of its profiled surface to the edge of the panel-filter.
EFFECT: enhanced scope of information obtained by the observer, and expanded functional potentialities.
