SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to measurement equipment, in particular to capacitive measurement transducer for the electric field detection and measurement. Proposed is the capacitive measuring transducer with possibility of the electric field measurement, comprising disposed longitudinally along its axis protective cylindrical housing, mounted inside the protective cylindrical housing electric field sensor, supply electrode, layer of dielectric insulating material, at that, the said protective cylindrical housing (2) is made of shell (7) provided with the group of first through holes (8), wherein each of the first through holes (8) area is selected from the range of values from the minimum value of 0.1 mm2 up to the maximum of 3.0 mm2. Also proposed are the said capacitive measuring transducer manufacturing method and system.

EFFECT: technical result of the present invention is increase in the electric field measuring accuracy with simultaneous increase in the capacitive measuring transducer strength, reliability and durability.
