SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of computer technology, in particular to automation and information processing in the field of business tourism and business trips within an organization. The proposed solution contains a computing device made with the possibility of: smart selection of trip route elements due to filtration of data on service suppliers by a created dictionary of key words used in rate description; analysis of a booking history of a user and other users with similar trip route elements for determination of criteria of formation of trip route elements; provision to the user of at least two trip offers, booking of selected route elements, and sending of report documents upon completion of the trip.
EFFECT: automated information processing, when booking trips, increase in performance of a trip booking system due to automated information processing and unique algorithms for trip offer selection.
