FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: spring is made cylindrical helical, and consists of two parts with opposite directed ends. On the spring support coils mounting rings are made. First spring part has with turns of rectangular section and rounded edges, and second part is made hollow. First part opposite directed end is located in the second part cavity. Spring contacting parts segment profile gaps are filled with antifriction grease. To prevent the grease leakage at the second spring part end sealing collar is installed. Helical spring first part is enclosed by tube from damping material. Gaps in the helical spring first part are filled with the friction material crumb. To the spring support rings two oppositely arranged washer mesh dampers are attached via vibration dampers. Each damper main mesh elastic element is fixed by the bottom and the upper pressure washers. Lower plate is connected to the base, made in the form of plate with mounting holes. Upper pressure plate is connected to the centrally located piston, covered with a gap by the connected to the base coaxially located sleeve. Between the piston lower end and the sleeve bottom the elastic element is located.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode is being achieved.
