FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely to spring vibration isolators used to reduce vibrations. Frame type spatial vibration isolator contains a frame connecting two resilient damping elements of a different design but of equal rigidity installed in parallel therein, and designed for highly loaded vibration isolation systems, frame is made in the form of two supporting horizontal plates, resting against the left and right resilient damping elements, respectively. Horizontal plates of the carcass are rigidly connected to vertical plates, that are connected together by the support plate in the frame lower part, where a vibration-insulated object platform is mounted through the vertical post. Both elastically damping elements, left and right, are installed on a common base. Left elastic-damping element is made in the form of a dry friction damper comprising a body made in the form of two oppositely arranged coil springs of the upper and lower sleeves fixing the spring by its outer surface, the dry friction element is made in the form of at least three elastic lobes rigidly connected to the lower bushing and embracing with a determined force the outer surface of the spring comprising a body made of a helical hollow and elastic steel tube, inside which at least one additional elastic steel tube is coaxially and axially symmetrically installed with the gap. In the gaps between the tubes at least one friction element is located, for example, of polyethylene, which having the high thermal expansion coefficient in comparison with steel, surfaces of the casing and the additional resilient steel tube touch the surfaces of the friction elements, and their axis coincides with the axis of the body turns, and centrally, coaxially and axially symmetrically to the body the continuously made helical elastic rod is arranged. Friction elements are tubular, for example made of polyethylene, with the inside of the petals of the dry friction element covered with a layer of friction material made of a combined material, for example, of polyethylene with impregnations of granules of a vibration damping material. Right elastic-damping element is made in the form of a cylindrical helical spring, the turns of which are covered with a vibration damping material, for example polyurethane.

EFFECT: increased vibration isolation effectiveness.
