FIELD: security facilities.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for installing an armored glass of a windshield. Method consists in that the armored glass, made of a trapezoidal shape in a horizontal section, is glued to the window opening by the sides, and the lower and upper sides to armored plates, rigidly connected with the armored body of the car, and from the outside the armored glass is fixed with the overlays only in the upper and lower parts, that excludes the possibility of formation of blind spots formed by the side racks of the wind window, and also provides the distribution of the acting force over the entire area of the armored glass attachment to the frame.
EFFECT: provides easy installation and reliable fixation of the windshield.
