SUBSTANCE: method consists in the fact, that by means of an onboard information and control system wheel is determined that has lost the coupling properties with the roadbed, transmitting from it a signal along the electric wires to the actuating element, by which acting upon the mechanical clutch, by which pressing the rotary device against the driving wheel side surface. Using the driving wheel torque, bringing the rotary device into motion, by which unwinding the metal chains in the direction directly between the driving wheel and the roadbed.

EFFECT: increase in the vehicle wheels coupling properties with the roadbed, improvement of the wheeled vehicle mobility indicators, exclusion of the roadbed damage.
