FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to a drive device in which an electric motor and a power conversion unit are formed as one unit. Drive device includes: electric motor including a cooling channel; power conversion unit that converts electrical power from a power source and outputs electric power to be supplied to the electric motor; and support member attached to the electric motor, with a power conversion unit mounted on the support member. Support member includes a cooling channel connected to the cooling channel of the electric motor. Power module of the power conversion unit includes a cooling channel. Cooling channel of the support element connects the cooling channel of the electric motor and the cooling channel of the power module.
EFFECT: increase of manufacturability of production.
