SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic engineering, namely to devices that ensure the purification of water from floating debris when fed to irrigation systems. Device for regulating the hydraulic structure of the water flow at the water intake facilities includes cleaning cylinder 2 installed in watercourse 1, discharge line 3, plain gate 4. Rotation drive is made in the form of nozzles 19 and 20 directed tangentially towards the lateral surface of cleaning cylinder 2, on which protrusions 21 on its inner surface are fixed against nozzles 19 and 20. Nozzles are arranged in such a way as to provide, due to the reactive forces of the outgoing jets, the torque for rotating cylinder 2. Cylinder 2 is installed in coastal niche 5 of watercourse 1. Device also includes pump 26, discharge line 25, mixing chamber 27 located on hollow shaft 12. In mixing chamber 27, connected by pipeline 28 to the atmosphere, the water is saturated with air due to ejection. Further, along hollow shaft 12, on which cylinder 12 rotatably supported by bearing 11 fixed to shaft 12 is supplied with water, water flows into dispensing chambers 15 and 16 and to nozzles 19 and 20.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in efficiency and reliability of the process of adjusting the hydraulic structure of the air-water jet of the cleaning cylinder by applying the cylinder and its torque due to the reactive forces exiting from the nozzles as a rotation drive to rotate cylinder 2 relative to its attachment in the stops of crosspiece 8 and in the coastal niche of wall 10.
